The Lotteries Board consists of a vibrant and dynamic leadership as well as talented, passionate and patriotic individuals determined to make a difference in service delivery and the development of Lagos State.

As part of its strategies, the Board has in place measures to attract, recruit, retain and motivate personnel who are determined to develop themselves and the country generally.
